1. Introduction
Welcome to Mindeurs. By using our website and services, you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please discontinue use of our services.

2. Membership and Subscription
Mindeurs is a membership-based community designed to foster meaningful connections. To join, you must complete our registration process and subscribe to a monthly plan. Membership renews unless canceled before the end of the billing cycle. We reserve the right to decline membership if an applicant does not align with the community's purpose. If payment has been processed in such cases, we will issue a refund.

3. Matching Process
At the start of each month, members are introduced to two other professionals. Matches are made based on location, interests, and availability. You can choose to meet in person or connect virtually. While we aim to facilitate these matches between the 1st and 5th of each month, some delays may occur. If you join mid-month, your first match will occur at the start of the next cycle.

4. Meeting Arrangements
It is the responsibility of the matched members to coordinate a suitable time and place for their meetups. Mindeurs does not host or oversee these meetings. Contact details will be shared among matched participants for communication purposes. Our goal is to provide a casual, pressure-free environment where members can exchange insights and ideas.

5. Rematching Policy
If your matches do not answer your emails or are unable to meet for any reason, you may request a rematch via email to hello@mindeurs.com. We will do our best to provide an alternative match.

6. Member Expectations
As a member, you agree to:

• Treat other members with respect.

• Actively engage in meetings and honor scheduled commitments.

• Use the platform for its intended purpose, avoiding promotions, solicitation, or inappropriate behavior.

Failure to comply with these expectations may lead to membership suspension.

7. Refund Policy
If we are unable to pair you due to a lack of suitable members in your city and meeting in person was your only stated preference, you are eligible for a refund.

8. Cancellation and Termination
Members can cancel their subscriptions at any time via account settings. The cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period. Mindeurs reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions.

9. Data Protection and Privacy
We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By joining Mindeurs, you consent to the collection and processing of your information.

10. Disclaimers and Liability
Mindeurs facilitates professional connections but does not oversee or guarantee the outcomes of meetings or interactions. We are not responsible for any business dealings or decisions resulting from connections made through our platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mindeurs is not liable for any indirect or incidental losses arising from service use.

11. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms and Conditions as needed. If significant changes occur, members will be informed, and continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the new terms.
