We’ve timed this first house experience for early summer, surrounded by nature.
A few days to step out of the noise, reconnect with yourself, your work and other builders,

The experience
This is a rough idea of the flow and rhytm of the experience. The final schedule is sitll evolving while shaping the first edition.

Mindeurs House will take place in La Garrotxa, one of the most unique natural areas in Catalonia.

During our stay, we’ll visit La Fageda, an inspiring social enterprise that has become a worldwide reference for its impact-driven model and purpose.
A unique local initiative that built a successful business while putting human impact and mental health at the centre of everything they do.
A space for reflection, inspiration and conversations about a different way of building.
The house
A renovated countryside house surrounded by nature.
Spacious, warm and full of character.
Private terraces, coworking spaces, comfy rooms and access to a shared garden and pool.
All rooms are different and assigned based on booking order.
How it works
Everything in Mindeurs house is designed with intention, from the setting to the people and overall experience.
Spots are intentionally limited to keep the group intimate and curated.
To move forward in the process, a €500 reservation deposit is required.
After booking, we’ll personally reach out to make sure it feels like the right fit on both sides.
Reservations close on May 29th or once the group is complete.

Who is this for? What makes Mindeurs House unique?
This is for people building something of their own who want to connect with other founders.
All participants are entrepreneurs who value meaningful conversations, new perspectives and being around others they can learn from and share with.
How is the group selected?
We'll personally speak with every applicant to intentionally shape a group of people who feel aligned with the spirit of the experience.
We look at who you are, what you're building, and how you might fit within the group to create a dynamic where people genuinely connect and add value to each other.
What does a typical day look like?
We'll share an itinerary of the whole experience. The plan will adapt to the energy of the group and what each person needs in that moment. Whether you need to focus, reset, connect or gain perspective, you'll find space for it.
Mornings may start with yoga or a cold plunge to give space to deep focus work. Afternoons include guided sessions and activities to reflect, grow and explore the surroundings together. Evenings are for sharing, connecting and long, meaningful conversations.
What does the fee cover?
The fee covers your stay, all meals and the overall experience of the house.
It also includes all transfers during the stay.
How does booking work?
The first step is to secure your place with a €500 reservation deposit.
After booking, we’ll personally reach out to schedule a short call and make sure it feels like the right fit on both sides.
The remaining payment will be due before June 15th.
(Reservations close on May 29th or once the group is completed).
What is not included?
Flights or trains to arrive on the first day.
Alcoholic drinks, snacks or personal extras.
Insurance.
How are meals organised?
Meals are shared and part of the experience. They are healthy, nourishing , delicious and local, combining home-style cooking with local elements.
Once accepted, you’ll be asked about allergies and intolerances which will be fully taken into account.
What are the sleeping arrangements?
Each attendee will have their own bed in a shared room, unless opting for a private room.

Is my booking refundable?
If after the initial conversation we feel the experience might not be the right fit for either side, the reservation deposit will be fully refunded, minus a €50 administration fee.
Reservation deposits are otherwise non-refundable.
If you cancel before June 15th, 50% of any additional payments made beyond the reservation deposit will be refunded.
After June 15th, payments become non-refundable.
In the unlikely case that Mindeurs House 01 does not take place, all payments will be fully refunded.
How do I get there?
The nearest airport is Girona (GRO). Barcelona Airport (BCN) is also an easy option, around 1h30 away.
Shared transfers from/to Girona Airport or Girona Train Station are included:
• Pick-up: 16:00–17:00 (Day 1)
• Drop-off: 12:00–13:00 (Day 5)
